Pempek is basicly a fish ball serve with sour and Spicy sauce from Palembang Indonesia. There are 4 type of common Pempek, one called Pempek kapal selam, wich is fish ball filled with egg, then Lenjer is a long shape fish ball, then Ada’an which is a regular fish ball, and the last one is krispy fish skin fish ball. People usually have pempek for snacking between lunch and dinner time, its not a good meal to be eaten by breakfast but it still a good food of Indonesia.
