A quite popular Indonesian Snack from west Java called Batagor. It’s actually a fried version of siomay which made from fish, with flour and commonly wrapped with dumpling skin. Either batagor or somay served with peanut sauce, soy sauce and chili sauce. But, in this restaurant they have siomay served with fish broth soup. It’s fresh and tasty.
You can also order some frozen somay or batagor at the outlet for gift or you can enjoy it later at home.
