Takumi Robata and Sushi

Takumi Robata and Sushi may be the only Japanese restaurant in Jakarta which serve authentic Robatayaki dishes. Robatayaki is a grilling technique that grill fish near small bonfire, the fish stick to the sand and slowly grilled by  the heat of the bonfire. Takumi Robata and Sushi take place at senayan, Jakarta, Indonesia. The restaurant is so clean and have a good environment so you would not bother spending time eating here. Another thing about this restaurant is you can order a menu called Omakase Modan Kaiseki which the chefs will cook something good for you right in front of your table. The recommended menu for this restaurant is Robatayaki Saba mackerel which grilled by robatayaki technique. Beside, this restaurant also serve fresh Shusi and sashimi, but my favorite is Beef Hobayaki, a beef dish which grilled on the leaf, the beef is so juicy and the miso with teriyaki sauce just blend perfectly with the beef make your mouth want to eat some more. So, if you happen around Senayan, Jakarta i suggest  you to visit this amazing restaurant.
