Another Indonesian unique dish called “Bubur Ayam”. It’s basicly a bowl of poridge topped with chicken, cracker, fried onion, then serve with chicken broth. It’s usually consumer for breakfast, but you can actually enjoy this meal anytime. It’s also a good meal for sick people.
